Hi! I’m Chedva Epstein from Brooklyn, New York, founder of Legacy Group. I’m a certified business consultant specializing in operations and management for social service providers. With a background in social work, I understand the unique needs of the Home and Community Based service sectors.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies and Master’s in Social Work, I started out as a social worker. During that period, I noticed that social service agencies in these sectors faced distinct operational challenges. This inspired me to build programs from scratch, streamline processes, and empower providers to deliver exceptional care.
